Pricing

There are several options to suit your needs, from 1-on-1 personal fitness training session, fitness training sessions with a buddy, nutritional guidance sessions, support beyond the gym, and combinations of fitness and nutirition support. I will help you find the option that works best for you.
Learn-to-Run Program (Fall 2021)
     $400 for 12-week program
     includes: 1 in-person one-on-one session per week and customized training schedule (approx 1 hour)
     optional: 2 person/buddy training available at reduced rate
     
"Back-to-Basics" Nutrition Program (Fall 2021)
     $350 for 8-week program
     includes: 1 in-person one-on-one session per week (approx 1 hour)
     optional: sessions can be done with 2 people at a time (ie. with friend, partner, etc)

Personal Fitness Training -  One-on-One
     Rates starting from $45 (based on 1-hour sessions)
     Single sessions - $55
     20 session - $52 per session
     6-month program (52 sessions) - $50 per session
     1-year program (104 sessions) - $45 per session

Buddy Fitness Programs
     Rates starting from $35 (based on 1-hour sessions, per person)
     Buddy Sessions (2 people)
     1 session - $45 per person
     10 sessions - $40 per person per session
     20 sessions - $38 per person per session
     6-month program (52 sessions) - $35 per person per session

Nutritional Guidance & Weight Loss Programs
    $50 per hour
